The Stance of Mursi and the Brotherhood Set in This Prophetic Parable *********************** Narrated by Rib’e bin Harraash. He said: “I heard Huthyfah saying: ‘the Messenger of Allaah (upon whom Allaah sent HIS blessing and peace) has set forth parables to us -- one [parable] --and three [parables] -- and five [parables] -- and nine [parables] -- and nine [parables] -- and eleven [parables].’ He (Huthyfah) said: ‘so, he (the Messenger) set forth a parable of them and left the rest of them. He (the Messenger) said: ‘A folk were weak and poor people. They were fought by [greater] people in might and number. And Allaah made the weak people triumph over them. Then, they turned to their [defeated] enemy, and employed and gave them [a share of] authority.
