The State Board of Education is granting a special grade change to the Indianapolis charter school at the center of last years grade-change scandal. The Indianapolis charter school founded by Republican donor Christel DeHaan will see its grade jump from a D to a B. The board voted 10-1 Wednesday to ignore Christel Houses high school scores in calculating its school grade. Schools Superintendent Glenda Ritz was the only member to oppose the change.
