The State cuts off water to numerous city water districts. The Ventura City Council wimps out at a voluntary 10% decrease in water consumption. Yes, we dont get our water from the state so we wont be directly impacted by this decision but have you seen Lake Casitas lately? ... Our city needs to take the drought more seriously. We, as citizens should do the right thing and change our landscapes to water wise gardens and change our lifestyle to use much less water, a lot more than 10%!
