More than not, the reason is overindulgence on Super Bowl Sunday. Although super fun, the Super Bowl doesnt have to be a free-for-all void of any proper health and nutritional choices. Enjoy a few treats, but mix in this workout challenge to make the game a little more interesting. Chances are that if you knew every time a certain action or play in the game occurred you had to do a particular type of exercise, you may just think twice about going back for that fourth deep fried, bacon and cheese stuffed kielbasa. The Super Bowl Workout Challenge goes like this; anytime a team…. Gets a First Down.....do 10 Jumping Jacks Punts the ball.....do 10 Sit Ups Sacks the Quarterback….do 10 Inchworms Kicks a Field Goal…..do 20 Jump Squats Scores a Touchdown…..do 20 Push Ups Throws/Catches an Interception…..do 20 Dips (on a chair) Loses/Recovers a Fumble.....do 30 Crunches Gets a 2-Point Conversion....do 30 Burpees Gets a Safety.....do 30 Burpees Calls a Timeout.....Hold a Plank until the next play!!!
