The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled in favour of Tsilhqot’in Nations Title & empowered them with the capacity to deny Consent. Those rulings are now the law of the land. Neither the federal nor provincial governments have the authority to enforce contrary laws that have been superseded by the Supreme Courts ruling. Both the federal and provincial governments are compelled to either do nothing, or, enforce the Supreme Court ruling.
