The TEAMHUMANITY Youth Employment Program We have started to build that pipeline of college interns working alongside our high school students. Demonstrating skills that our youth can apply to succeed in every work environment. Below, these Brownsville youth are being trained in screen printing by a Cal U student. They will go through a few months of training and by spring they will be assisting our TEAMHUMANITY Screen-printing and Embroidery Division. Getting paid to produce quality products for major corporations across the country. Learning teamwork, discipline, focus, responsibility and most importantly seeing the creative process.
