The Taliban have not effectively distinguished themselves from the civilian population of Afghanistan. Furthermore they have not conducted their operations in accordance with the laws and customs of war. Instead, they have adopted and provided support to the unlawful terrorist objectives of Al Qaeda. So the Geneva convention seems outdated and is in need of modernisation! Thank the RMPs that brought this incident of Marine As to public notice. Have they also forgotten the brutal death of 6 of their own in that Police Station in Iraq!! Have mercy for Marine A. After all its the Governments pompous arses that sent our boys in to do their dirty work for their own Political cause and lick up to America
