The Tall Clean The bar starts at the hips with the athletes hips and knees fully extended. Without dipping, the athlete quickly pulls into the bottom position of the clean. There are a few purposes to this movement: 1) Improve footwork from take-off to landing position 2) SPEED THROUGH THE MIDDLE 3) Familiarize the athlete with reaching full extension and shrugging UNDER the bar. #weightlifting #oly #crossfit #skillzndrillz
