The Tennessee Preservation Trust, the statewide preservation nonprofit, listed the entire city of Nashville on its Ten in Tennessee list of endangered historic places. Historic Nashville appreciates the continued attention on our city as the ongoing economic and development boom continue to threaten historic places. Preservation and development can and should complement one another, but in order for that to happen our city leaders need to create new incentives and policies to encourage positive outcomes.
