The Forum will feature an all-star list of water experts: - Lynn Tate, President of the High Plains Water District. - Ken Kramer, of the The Sierra Club, San Antonio Division, an organization that has been extremely active in the regulation and conservation of groundwater in the Edwards Aquifer. - Mr. Hal Ray, a private attorney practicing water rights, oil and gas, and natural resource law in Fort Worth at the firm Pope, Hardwicke, Christie, Schell, Kelly & Ray, L.L.P. - Mr. Dylan Drummond, a private attorney practicing water, administrative, and environmental law in Austin at the firm K&L Gates. - Bill Mullican, a water consultant who was integral in the writing of both Senate Bills 1, 2, and 3.
