The Three Musketeers’ Releases Action-Filled Highlight Video tvN’s highly anticipated Sunday drama The Three Musketeers released a preview video, increasing the viewers’ anticipation on the project. tvN released the preview video on its official YouTube channel, unveiling the main plot of the drama as well as the cast members’ action scenes. Starring CN Blue’s Jung Yong Hwa, Yang Dong Geun, Lee Jin Wook, Jung Hae In, Seo Hyun Jin and Yoo In Young, The Three Musketeers is a fusion sageuk (period drama) based on the novel The Three Musketeers written by Alexandre Dumas. The action-romance story will be re-created, setting Joseon dynasty as the background. The video is about six minutes long and it gives a quick look into the story of Joseon’s hero Park Dal Hyang and his adventures with three friends, Prince So Hyun, Heo Seung Po and Ahn Min Seo, as they later become ‘Joseon’s Three Musketeers.’ The drama is expected to create a synergy effect by putting together the story of Prince So Hyun of Joseon dynasty from the 17th century with the story of The Three Musketeers, which sets 17th century France as the backround. In order to further satisfy the viewers’ curiosity, the drama production team will be releasing a spoiler video on the night of August 14. The 15-minute long video will feature behind the scene cuts of the drama as well as interviews with the cast, during which they will make the official promise for the viewership rating. The three-season drama will be airing 12 episodes for each season and it will air the first episode on August 17 at 9 p.m. (KST).
