(It’s a reach.) * Click on the photo for a bigger view Snowy Egrets with dark yellow feet, Turkey Point, Dividing Creek, NJ, 10/12/2014 (Sharing OK) My friend Dave and I visited Turkey Point in the hopes of photographing eagles and hawks. We saw plenty of them, but they were too far and/or moving too fast to photograph well. One pleasant surprise was seeing these three Snowy Egrets flying together. I hadn’t seen a flying trio of these before. In keeping with the “Flight Week” theme and my own personal “Light coming from the wrong direction” theme, I present Manny, Moe and Jack. Or maybe Moe, Larry and Curly. (I just realized that Moe is a popular name within trios.) Of course they could be Huey, Dewey and Louie.
