'It is pathetic and heart breaking. These situations can occur anywhere in the World- not to this degree. The difference is that in countries that care about its people, the public themselves will rise and demand for proper explanation and corrective action. It is noticeable that every Indian will stay quiet as long as it does not effect their own family.
