The Trials of Job by Prophetess Marcia Shannon Some people believe they will receive double for their trouble because God rewarded Job double for his trial, however, if you are not doing what Job did then you wont qualify for the double. Job walked upright before God & man. He treated his workers right & didnt cheat & beat people. He was not shady or a liar. So to qualify you have to match the character that Job had. When you read the book of Job again pay close attention to the arguments that Job gives as to why it was not just for him to suffer. He was wrong in accusing God of not being just but Job talks about his godly character in his answers. Some people are having trials for the things they say or the things they do. 1. What you do-The Word says you will reap what you sow. If you borrow money and dont pay it back stop it. You are sowing bad financial seed. 2. What you are saying- The Word says a mans belly shall be filled by the fruit of his lips. If you are talking contrary to the Word of God then you will reap things that are contrary to the Word of God. Its not the Devil it is you that is causing this to happen. Remember the power of life & death is in the tongue.
