The Truth in Reality Is it so hard to believe that the world we perceive and think we know today is based on complete fabrication? Since birth we’ve been told to trust in our leaders, look to them for guidance and strength, and contribute to this so called ‘society’; pre-programming in its simplest form to get a desired reaction from you when your officials have something to say. Society has been set up in a way that forces you to contribute, survive, and do the same routine almost everyday. So how has the world been tricked into becoming mindless clockwork humans? Of course, with today’s modern monster known as The Media, normalcy has been portrayed to fit this lifestyle. The Media easily spreads propaganda, both generated by the Government and themselves, and push it out as complete fact. The Darwinian Theory of Evolution plays a vital role in society today, but how? Darwin states that evolution and natural selection can explain how humans came into existence, applying the fact that life is a survival of the fittest campaign, and whoever has the most resources will live on. But what does this create for our society? It makes us think that we must acquire enough material objects such as money and the next new gadget or invention, which the Government and the so called Military Industrial Complex uses as a deliberate distraction for the public. Combined with spreading a theory as the truth, the ‘norm’, or the accepted, society adjusted and thus it began. According to The Media, conspiracy theorists are nutjobs thanks to interviews with actual believers with actual evidence who are in turn laughed at, brushed off as crazy, ridiculed, and forgotten. And what happens when this is done over and over again? It becomes the ‘norm’. It becomes the so called truth. And we believe this lie. "The TV can’t be lying…can it?".
