Specifically the bills were: •H.R. 1965, the Federal Lands, Jobs and Security Act protects and expands onshore American energy production and creates new jobs by streamlining government red-tape and regulations; •H.R. 2728, the Protecting States Rights to Promote American Energy Act recognizes states authority to regulate hydraulic fracturing, or fracking; and •H.R. 1900, the Natural Gas Pipeline Permitting Reform Act modernizes the federal review process for natural gas pipeline permit applications and expedites approvals.
