The UK Governments Office of Qualifications and Examinations - TopicsExpress

The UK Governments Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) are looking to pare down and reduce overlap in many GSCE and A-level subjects taught at secondary schools. Whilst were all for streamlining, and providing clarity at what is already a challenging time for students, we believe that scrapping Environmental Studies at A-level would be a real mistake. The subject has never been more important than now, and the tide of indifference to human impact on Earth wont change overnight, but the upcoming generation are the ones wholl either be caught in the current, or swim against it til it slows. They need to know about it, though. Please sign the below petition if you share our view that Environmental Studies should remain as an A-level option. #DurrellTeam #Environment
