The US Constitution ,enumerates that the punishment of TREASON ,shall be death! The last people put to death under this statute was the Rosenbergs for selling the secrets of the Hydrogen Bomb to the Soviet Union, Since then a parade of traitors has escaped this sentence,ie Johnathon Pollard ,John Walker and his son ( both are former Naval Personnel ) the list goes on! The Americans who defect to fight ISIS are also guilty of Treason and they should also ,if caught,be tried for Treason and be executed forthwith!
