~The US, European Union and African continental bodies such as the IGAD have all made the right decision to name and punish all the anarchists and warmongers who have had dragged their feet to prevent peace, but shamelessly engaged negatively, allowing ethnic cleansing and genocide, particularly, the collective deaths of the most vulnerable citizens of the Republic of South Sudan. This bold decision would be used against the seating government in Juba, flagged by the current president, Kiir Mayardit and the rebellious group or the SPLM in opposition under the auspices of Dr. Riek Machar, the former vice president of the Republic of South Sudan. All would be answerable for the ethnic cleansing and genocide.
