The US political elite has shifted from telling us during the 80s and 90s to be patient, that good things will come to good little boys and girls, to today, they tell us to be afraid of everyone outside the US, and if were not afraid, to shut up and all of us go to the back of the bus. They dont even bother to offer fake dreams anymore because the ruling class is now sufficiently powerful to openly dismiss public opinion. They dont care if you like them or not. The elections are meaningless today, as they were meaningless before, but no longer do the rich have any need to lie to us. Theyre coming to get everything in the public domain, as they did in 1994 when the Western plutocrats raided the Soviet public wealth, and as they are doing now in what remains of Ukraine. Obamas 39 percent approval rating means nothing. They dont care if you like them. The propaganda will continue to be spewed out, and as long as the ruling class own both the mass media and the education system, we will obey orders from the bossmen.
