This is the very objective which every creative man advocates. But, in action with what has been put, many differences take place. What should be the law, principle and way to do it? Clearly, no Muslim who studies the Holy Quran and its respective sciences require any explaination. Yes, I am talking about ISLAM and for Women. After a deep research, Muslim Scholars elucidated the objectives of ISLAM, the causes behind Islamic legal rulings as well as the intentions and goals which underlie the Shariah, or Islamic Law. They make this clear that the general objective of the Lawgiver (ALLAH TALA) is to preserve human interests both in this world and the next. There are five essentials, namely, religion, human life, progeny, material wealth, and the faculty of reason. The Muslim nation, indeed, all religions, agree unanimously on the necessity of preserving these five essentials. Now, you can go through the teachings of QURAN and AHADITH as an Eternal Law for implementation. There is nothing to change with the passage of time, instead it has the elasticity and capabality to lead the changes suitably. So, you are wrong if you are trying to uplift the women world without ISLAM. Keep in mind, ISLAM is a religion as well as a way of life that embraces most decisively all the manifold aspects of human existence- spiritual and material, moral and physical, emotional and intellectual, personal and social. In fact, no dogma of any kind is found in the structure of Islamic beliefs and practices. We must adopt it in every spheres of life.
