The Upper Nile State Governor, Simon Kun Puoc, has urged the state officials to avoid use of Arabic language in offices but should instead use English language or vernacular. “If you again write to me a letter in Arabic I will burn it,” he said adding that “I want to tell you so that when something happen to your letter then you will not be surprised.
