The Vampire Strikes Again! It kind of reminds me of the last decade of Andy Warhols career and life, where he had stopped creating anything original, and was just doing over priced portraits from his Polaroids for stars and business moguls... actually, he wasnt actually doing the work anymore, either... He had others do the screen printing and he just signed his name. And, theres the controversy over his team up with Jean Michel Basquiat, which most people saw, at the time, as Andy attaching himself to an already well known, up and coming artist to bolster his dying creative spark. What goes up, must come down... and its obvious that some are willing to become caricatures of themselves instead of bowing out, at their peak, with grace. The picture I posted yesterday of Madonna sticking her tongue out with Miley on stage personifies what Im talking about.
