The Victoria park. Bedminster. £10 a main. The misses had beef,it was cooked perfectly,a moist medium rare. I had the pork belly,it was disappointing if Im honest,the crackling looked great in colour but was impossible to break down and chew. Bog standard gravy. Well cooked veg,yet my kale tasted like it was cooked in the same pan as a piece of fish. No Yorkshire with the pork. Tried to charge me a quid for one,but as the chefs didnt manage to take the string off of the beef I thought I would suggest that the Yorkshire should not be added to the bill. I must say the Yorkshires were fantastic. Pots good yet not overly special. I would go back,as perhaps we just picked the wrong day. But if I do see the same family that we were sat by that had no spaceical awareness and voices that went to 11 I may not be able control myself as I did today.
