The Voice of the Martyrs - USA VOM USA is seeking to fill the open position of Domestic Accounting Specialist in our Financial Services Department. This position provides support to the General Accounting Manager in recordkeeping, reporting, communications, analysis, and workpaper preparation. This is a regular, full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the General Accounting Manager of Financial Services. A bachelor degree is required. Two years of accounting/auditing experience is preferred. Duties can include, but are not limited to, maintaining accounting records for various subsystems such as fixed assets, investments, annuities, inventory, and/or royalties. Review/analyze activity in various accounts and perform a variety of reconciliations. Input/import of transactions reflecting financial activity into computerized accounting systems. Maintenance of spreadsheet records of accounting transactions. Ensure accuracy of various accounting entries, provide proper account coding, and facilitate payments to vendors. Provide recommendations for process improvement. This position is located in Bartlesville, OK with no relocation assistance.
