The Warsaw Police Department arrested a man on Wednesday accused of manufacturing, delivering and dealing methamphetamine. Jaime Alvarado, 39, of San Diego, Calif., and formerly of Milford, Ind., was arrested after a traffic stop at approximately 10 a.m. Wednesday morning. Alvarado is being charged with four Class A felonies and multiple charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, as well as possession of a narcotic drug. The street value of the meth and heroin discovered is estimated at $15,000
