The West Australian PNGAA Group have their next meeting planned - so put this date in your diary - Friday 11 April 2014 - and confirm your attendance to Murray Day as soon as possible, details below. There will be a luncheon in the Dining Room at Air Force Estate, 2 Bull Creek Drive, BULL CREEK, just off the freeway, in suburban Perth on Friday 11th April 2014. Free parking is available, and public transport via train and bus is adjacent to the complex. Cost for a two course meal with tea and coffee included is $20. This is a great opportunity to renew friendships and meet others who have lived in, or are interested in, PNG. Members and friends of PNGAA are all welcome but please RSVP to Murray. The Consul General of PNG in Sydney Mr Sumasy Singin has confirmed his availability to travel to Perth for the meeting, as has the President of the PNGAA Ms Andrea Williams. PNG Consul General Mr Sumasy Singin OBE, will be attending with his wife. Mr Singin is from Boana, on the Huon Peninsula just outside Lae. He attended Bugandi High School 1972-1975 and holds a Law degree from UPNG and a Masters in Law from what is regarded as Australia’s foremost institution, the University of Melbourne. Mr Singin has agreed to give a short address. The two lunches in 2013 were a huge success so please come along!
