The West San Fernando Valley was an upscale neighborhood when my parents moved to The Valley in 1970...LAPD West Valley Division used to patrol this neighborhood and West Val Div was thought of as a slow division to work, the closest thing to retirement you could have as an assignment. Now, The Valley in general, but specifically, the West end of the Valley, including Woodland Hills (where this T-stop is taking place), Canoga Park, Winnetka, Reseda, et al, have become Zombieland. I wont even mention North Hollywood or the Northeast Valley for gods sakes, which was always Zombieland. The Valley is getting as bad as Palmdale/Lancaster for number of gang members & parolees...sad :(
