The Word of God says, Boast not thyself of tomorrow, for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth. Most of us know by now that life is uncertain. Job said it this say, Man that is born of woman is of few days and full of trouble. The news media is filled every day with stories that illustrate this truth. That is why we are to live each day to the glory of God. It might be our last day and we want to meet Him doing the things that please Him. This doesnt mean you have to be in church every day. Oh, no! It means that you are living in the center of Gods will for your life and serving Him faithfully. There is not enough room to list all of the vocations that you, my friends, are involved in. The bottom line is this: are you in Gods will for your life, and if you are, serve Him. For example, I told a young lady who served us at a Waffle House not to apologize for her place in life. I told her that we are never more like Jesus than when we are serving others. We are not to be envious of other people and their place in life. We are to find our place and do our best for Gods glory. This will bring you a peace of mind the world cant give you. Go to church to morrow if you can, and tell Jesus how much you love Him.
