The Zimmerman case boils down to unlicensed, untrained security. - TopicsExpress

The Zimmerman case boils down to unlicensed, untrained security. As a security company owner, my biggest fear is someone acting as security with out being regulated, licensed, insured by the state. I have always feared neighborhood watch, as the HOA is giving security authority to private citizens with out the regulations training licensing and insurance required by security companies and security officers. In the Zimmerman trial it boils down to a tragic murder of an unarmed teenager and a man acting as unlicensed security guard for his neighborhood watch HOA. The HOA is now subject of a civil suit and my belief is that anyone acting as security should be regulated as security under state security laws. Unfortunately neighborhood watch groups are acting as a security company without licensing. Contact your state representatives to request that no one act as security with out being under security laws, licensing, insurance, regulations, including but not limited to neighborhood watch HOA groups, and asset protection for companies. Bouncers, Anyone acting as security in anyway should regulated. Push to change the laws in each state to prevent anyone from acting as security with out regulation or authority to do so. library.hsh/articles/homeowners-repeat-buyers/watch-out-whats-the-hoas-liability-in-the-death-of-trayvon-martin.html
