Daniel L.: I understand you received a less that satisfactory service. Once the package is delivered, you can contact us to check if a refund can be processed for the pick up charge. Thomas: IF? IF? Thomas: Especially since you cannot even confirm whether it ever will be delivered. Daniel L.: Im unable to guarantee a refund will be processed. Please allow for the package to be delivered an then contact us for further assistance. Thomas: Why cant you send me to someone who can guarantee it then? Daniel L.: Once the package is delivered, please contact us so we can further assist you. Right now, were unable to check on the refund since the status of the package has not been updated. Thomas: So, UPS is determined to be of no help whatsoever? Daniel L.: Unfortunately, at this point I don’t have any other resolution options to provide. Please allow for the package to be delivered and contact us again to request a refund for the pick up charges.
