The aftermath of Peshawar National tragedy resulted into 20 points agreement among the leaders of APC, out of these points nothing was new and revealing and hence all the parties being on one page was nothing but a formality. Armed forces have already taken over the portfolio of Foreign Affairs since General Raheel Sharifs visit to Kabul on 17th of December, since he took up all vital issues of National security with the Afghan Government and ISAF. National security is already a domain of Pakistan Armed forces. With the establishment of military courts what is left with the Nawaz Sharif Government? Invisible Constitutional martial law with the support of all the parliamentary political parties is already operational. The Question which is now emerging in the minds of people of Pakistan is that whether these inoperative provincial assemblies, National Assembly, Senate and unpopular and corrupt Government is worth continuation at the cost of billions of rupees being wasted and going down the drain to maintain this corrupt political system. This is a serious question for Nawaz Sharif Govt to think about. Instead of wasting billions of rupees to maintain this corrupt system, the same money can be diverted to NACTA, defense of Pakistan, education, health and the rehabilitation of IDPs.
