The aging body : Was reading as we age there is a degradation of brain wt from 100% to 95% from 25 to 70 yrs. Alarming is Lung Capacity, it reduces from 100% to 40% in the same period if nothing is done and smoking just deteriorates it faster. Strong lungs are so important to prevent the aging process, as that is the only way oxygen gets into your blood & into the whole body and keeps everything healthy (thru the regeneration process). So do any aerobic activity 30 min to 1 hr a day in a focused manner be it cycling, running, swimming, dancing, rumba etc etc ... keep the heart muscles strong, lung capacity strong and lead a breathing life !!
