The aim of the BeatMyTechni Academy is to teach boys and girls from previously disadavantaged communities basic to advanced computer skills. The age group starts from 10 to +20 years, specifically grade3 to grade 12 and beyond. Within the skill development programme there will be a high focus on basic school mathematics. We will also offer assistance in pure mathematics and any other numerical orientated subjects like Physics and Accounting. The aim is to introduce a computer language like C# and Java to young girls and boys so that they are predestined for a successful technology career in their future. Besides that they can also be easily mentored as they progress through their school years. Core foundation to advance computer skills will be; --Basic to advanced typing skills --Identifying computer components --Basic to advanced computer vocabulary --Basic to advanced word processing skills(Word,Powerpoint,Excel) --Internet Web-browsing skills(updating,signing-up,downloading,uploading..ect) ---Basic to advanced programming(C#,Java,SQL,Asp.net,Photoshop) --SoftwARE Design, Web Design, Graphics Design and Database --Identifying and using computer components.
