The album Band On The Run... was my constant companion on my first discover myself cross country trip. I started out with a girlfriend.. she dumped me in Detroit... I went onto Denver.. and, lived there with friends for six months... but everywhere I went on 8 track... three albums McCartneys Band On The Run, Bowies Diamond Dogs, and, Steely Dans Pretzel Logic...
