The ancient wizard stood with arms spread to his sides, as if in surrender, the look on his face was more relaxation than loss. Then, with a mighty effort, he swung his hands together in a clap that resounded with a thunderous boom. The opposing dark wizard, having only a moment before gloated of certain victory now scrambled to get out of the way of the fearsome sound and what surely would come next, even while reaching for his sword. From the ancient wizards hands light began to spill out, as though he had captured a miniature sun in his tightly pressed palms. Pulses of power radiating outward grow in radiance, strength and intensity as old white beard prepares to entangle the young upstart who dared come against him today...
