The anger-management skill is a bridge to happiness. It is very crucial to know the art of balancing the emotional- huddles of our life for making it utopian or emotionally well-being. As a human being I feel like we are really trapped by so many heart-wrenching things for which we may have no remedy. Sometimes our life becomes utterly stressful owing to all the insular causes that need to be understood with a great deal of patience. We have stress and anxieties in every sphere of our life, whether that are perpetuating from the society where we live in or from the workplace where we go to work. Although we tend to think oh! After achieving good marks in exams or after getting good jobs and all that I will have a better life but it is undeniable truth that we always have something in common in our life to get pissed off with. We never reach to the Utopian life. There is always something that irks us in all spheres of our Life. I firmly remember one interview of Dalai Lama that when a western journalist asks him a question in an interview which was kind of more or less akin to this - Have you ever got livid or sad in your life? On hearing her question he laughed out loud to the extent which Journalist became flummoxed. The only reason why Dalai Lama had to laugh was because of the insane question that she put forward to him. Anyway, it was really amazing interview that Dalai Lama made her bewilderingly lost. The answer to her question was oxymoronically mind-bending, and which I suppose, may require an immediate sense of understanding metaphysical conundrum. The answer was very simple but deeper than we could imagine. I have forgotten word for word answer. However the theme was exactly like this …If I am not a sad person then something must have been wrong with me. He then went onto elaborate more as saying we are human beings so we are conditioned to be unhappy and remorseful in our life regardless of how we present ourselves to other. There is always something that makes us sad about our life. From this, I have learned that life is always the way it is. We can’t do much. All we can do is to managing our psychologically down and out life where we are about to be drown in the psychological-ocean of our life. If we do not begin to settle our emotion we may be uprooted and somersaulted well before the fate gets us to rescue from our tumultuous life. It is very crucial therefore to be clear about our psychological-constraints that are really invading our visions and the will-power. We must learn to sanitize our innermost infectious energy which may help us to suppress the entity which is ruining our life. The peace of mind is timelessly important to engineering your frenzy ideas that tuck around in the back of your head. It is irrefutable the fact that the anger management skill makes your life uniquely great and thus anger-management skill is a bridge to happiness.
