The annual MIT MULTICULTURAL DAY is planned for this Thursday, May - TopicsExpress

The annual MIT MULTICULTURAL DAY is planned for this Thursday, May 22nd. Students and staff are encouraged to dress in attire depicting a culture (i.e. East Indian, African, Dutch, American Indian, Polynesian…). This is not a free dress day – even if you have a pass. This is a day to celebrate various cultures around the world. All clothing must be obviously of a specific culture, or regular dress code. And as always, all clothing must comply with MIT standards of modesty & appropriateness (no sagging / bagging / dragging / spaghetti straps / net jerseys / midriff tops, ... and shorts must be to the knee, please…)!
