The arraignment for the violation of city code 10.11.010 (city assault) i was charged with when i encountered the, i will not comply with i-594 pro gun rally where people had gathered, (some with their children) to irresponsibly commit felony gun crime in the open in front of the courthouse was today. I recieved a brief and free consultation in person with the porter defense attorney law office downtown where i was given the advice on how to approach the court to plea not guilty and ask to apply for a public defender. I arrived at the scheduled arraignment today and after roll was taken by the judge the procecutor made a motion to dismiss my case. The judge ordered the dismissal without predjudice and i was able to end the withstanding legal issue that arose from the charge when i confronted what i thought was a very improper and intimidating, dangerous threat from an organization to people who stand for safe communities, schools and vital components of communities where law and order are conducted. The case was dismissed over interests of justice and the you tube video mr. thomas clay jr had posted on his website with the related news story on american news x.
