The article is an excellent voyage in the space of the unknown - intellectualism. However this administration have a lot of legacy issues which that writer of this article alluded herein as conditions predicate for Ribadus acceptance to serve as Vice President. The vice president in any country is actually the pare tyre in the Presidency, so with scuh a status it will be irrational for the Vice President to be seen to be in the fore front of the cruade to eradicate what the writer conceeds to be the bane of all that is responsible for Nigerias stunted growth, while the president takes the back seat and becomes the spare tyre. Intellectually sound, but practically unworkable.
