The awakened state is a a vast seamless open space of being, a vast expanse that is non dual and that, in essence, is empty. Yet, this very emptiness is not completely empty in that it reveals the energy of non dual love and compassion. The emptiness of the awakened state reveals the intimate connection between all beings and is filled with love towards all beings. An abundance of love and compassion fills the emptiness. The core principles of love and compassion, empathy and wisdom as well as a deep desire to help all beings, permeate the awakened emptiness. Once the awakened mind is revealed, you do not sit aside and watch the world unconcerned. Effortlessly, the energy of compassion and love are available and lead you to share and explore with others and lead you to loving and compassionate behavior. You could look at it as a restoration of balance: As you benefit from the awakened state (receiving a gift), you benefit others (give a gift) via acts of love and compassion, and thus the balance is restored. The Buddha nature, true nature is perfect balance. One could say that peace is perfect balance.
