So one day as a token, you have lakhs of govt employees leaving there jobs and doing the cleaning..but as long as the common shit throwing man on the street is not arrested and fined so heavily that the next time they rather shit in their pants then throwing it in the street.. I am afraid this program will also become one of those endless programs we do on 2nd Oct and then forget about it for the rest of the year!!!
