The beauty is beginning to show around here with the trees turning colors! Red, gold, green and brown are all starting to show! I keep dragging my feet about taking the boat out of the water because I would like to wait a week and take one more boat trip around the lake for some pictures of the trees and maybe some geese and white pelicans. Sitting here in my sunroom I can hear the hollow echo of an owl down in the timber. Love that sound! Went down to the dock today and sat in the sun for awhile. A most enjoyable experience today. Now enjoying all the night sounds that will accompany me the rest of the night . Reminds me of listening to WHB in the 60s & 70s. I could not go to sleep at night for fear I would miss the next song. Now I dont want to go to sleep because I enjoy the night sounds and I might miss something special ! Am I reverting to my second childhood?? If I am that is ok since I enjoyed that part of my life as well. I have enjoyed sharing some of the beauty and adventures with you and will continue doing so when the opportunities arise. We are also willing to share with you on a personal basis if the opportunity arises. Always something happening around here. If nothing else, there is an abundance of flea markets around here so we can always go shopping !!
