The beginnings of a new trench project. About six hours worth of conversion work, most of it carving away and re-sculpting the belt area to fit the flare pistol and new shovel/bayonet in the rear. I have also added a new officers head to the torso and turned it to better fit the trench idea have in mind. The chin strap will be added to the helmet later - everything is just tacked together for composition purposes right now.
