The below photo, sent to us by Neil Mitchell listener Andrew, shows a car parked in a clearly marked no standing area outside the 3AW offices on Tuesday. Not breaking news. But closer inspection of the cars number plate makes for interesting reading: LM-000. And who was in the 3AW studio about the same time the photo was taken? Lord Mayor Robert Doyle, the king of Melbourne parking fines himself! Now we must be clear, Mr Doyle was not driving. Rather, the chaffeur was sitting in the front seat immersed in the Age, Andrew tells us.
