¤ The best method of mine ever is :- saying hìíî to GOD on regular basis ,not jst for wishes or any wants but when i feel lonely ,emotional ,miss frens who hav been far from me or yo know jst anything :) #me toh often get relaxed and relieved frm some BHAJANS ,ABHANGAS ,SHLOK N MANTRAS yeahy (y) --dunno why but i think these thing has got some power which keep our mind ,heart and { hormones } etc in control and provides ability to think more gud thn present situations :) I MYSELF IS AN EXAMPLE hehe ~ yo jst hav to do one thing is BELIEVE BELIEVE BELIEVE IN YORSELF AND THT POWER :) :-D
