The best part of Roger Rabbit was the fact that it was a true mystery as well as being one of the best live action animated mix I have seen. The fact is if you took notice if certain events and facts you would have figured everything out. But they were so subtle and with the misdirection I am certain most if not all people who watched it were surprised at the reveals especially that Doom was not only a toon but the very toon that killed his brother. Even something as simple as Doom putting on a glove to dip the toon or leaping back when Eddie dumped the dip on the ground or the fact that he used semolians to buy his way to power should have registered in my mind what he was but somehow evaded my grasp. Very well done.
