The biggest obstacle to getting my workouts in is when I have been working crazy (Wednesday and Thursday I was slammed 5am tip 8pm!! Today I started at 5:30am and am STILL at the studio with tons to do!).... and I havent seen my husband.. and all I want to do is spend time with him. I want to skip my workout and go hang with him... and it is SO HARD to put my workout first. So tough.... I still really really really want to skip it today.. BAD..................... but I wont! Because I posted about it on Facebook.. and I dont want to be a liar :P This is how I DUDAS! #JustDudas
