The biggest telecommunications network Smart customer service does not know what they are talking about! received a reply from their so called CustCare and turn out to be an Automated response. how do you expect your subscribers to feel valued when you are sending out system generated responses! on top of that they made their hotline phone prompt so complicated and impossible to talk to a representative! such a poor quality of taking care of your customers.
