The blatant disregard for the health and safety of children and the other users of Asphalt Green has begun--uncovered trucks of demolition debris are being driven down the ramp adjacent to the playing field: "Asphalt Green claims Skanska, who was contracted for the demolition, agreed to use barges instead of trucks to haul away debris from the site.
